G10 LN has a programme of CPD to meet schools' improvement needs. P.I.A. develops a CPD plan for G10 schools that works towards all being Good or Outstanding.

Special School Alliance members
Special School Alliance members have a programme of CPD and Headteacher briefings to help maintain all at Good or Outstanding.
P.I.A. supports the Merseyside Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) group as required re CPD needs and contribute towards their infrastructure.
P.I.A. works with the Association of Liverpool Special School Headteachers (ALSSH) group to identify any areas of strength and issues for improvement that could be shared to ensure all schools remain Good or better.

School Direct SEN Training Programme
P.I.A. develop SEN training in conjunction with the ITT (School Direct) programme. An additional number of places, approximately 10, can be offered to NQTs/RQTs from mainstream schools at a cost of £50 per session.
